Challenge
Design, systematize, and launch an entirely new digital ecosystem—complete with tokenized variables—in just five weeks to align with a high-visibility keynote presentation by CEO Joseph Ansanelli.
Approach + Solution
Our engagement began with a comprehensive audit of Gladly’s visual identity, UI patterns, and cross-channel communications. While the brand had strong recognition, its visual system had become fragmented and inconsistent across web, collateral, events, and product marketing. We identified an opportunity to simplify and modernize the overall aesthetic—creating a more cohesive, contemporary expression that aligned with Gladly’s AI-driven innovation and positioned them as a category leader in customer experience technology.
We refined the brand through a disciplined visual evolution. A streamlined, more intentional color palette replaced the previously expansive system, introducing clarity and consistency while maintaining vibrancy. The updated palette improved accessibility, strengthened brand recognition, and created a more confident digital presence. Every color decision was rooted in usability and scalability, ensuring the system could perform across web interfaces, presentations, and large-scale event environments.
Typography became a cornerstone of the refinement. We implemented a clean, hierarchy-driven typographic system designed to bring structure to complex messaging and product storytelling. Clear headline scales, supporting subheads, and optimized body text established rhythm and readability across devices. This typographic rigor elevated the brand’s tone—balancing technical authority with approachability, and reinforcing Gladly’s commitment to human-centered support.
Beyond aesthetics, we developed a comprehensive design system that unified web, sales collateral, marketing materials, keynote decks, and event content. Built for flexibility and speed, the system included modular components, layout principles, UI guidelines, and reusable assets that empowered internal teams to execute consistently without sacrificing creativity. The website redesign served as the flagship expression of the system—introducing minimal layouts, improved navigation, and focused messaging that simplified the user journey and clarified product value.
